If I have one truly firm belief, it is that no one should be negatively judged because of their sexual orientation. It shouldn't even matter, but the only reason I'm posting this poll is so we can all get to know each other a little bit more... (no....not in...that...way) I'm gay. I can recall having no homosexual thoughts whatsoever during the first stage of my life, but as I went in to school I started to develop different feelings and from then on I've always known I was gay, even if at times I didn't fully understand it, or just didn't choose to accept it. I still occasionally wonder whether I might be bisexual - not just because the knowledge that people won't judge you as much if...well...I might as well just say it..."if you still partly like girls and are therefore at least half normal!", would be a bit more comforting to live with, but because I am deeply attracted to some girls. I used to be in love with a girl at my school and every time I talk to her I'm still kind of partly in love with her - it's a feeling I've never felt with another guy, but maybe just because I'm not at the stage where a gay relationship would work. I don't feel a real "physical" attraction to her like I do with dudes, but I still somehow love her and think she's beautiful. It's very hard to tell what orientation is.

I totally agree with you that people should not be judged because of their sexual orientation. I'm straight, but I have gay friends and the fact that they're gay makes no difference to our friendship or when we hang out and have fun together.

I'm straight, but I completely agree with your post Stazza. People cannot choose their sexual orientation, nor should they be judged for it in any way.
I only have one gay friend and I found this out when he told me he had a crush on me about 4 years ago. Man that was aaaaaawkward. Also because I was going out with his sister. Man, that was one screwed up day...

At the risk of being unoriginal, I, too, am straight but completely agree with you, Lachlan. I also have several gay friends and it doesn't affect our friendship at all. Although... two of them told me they were gay literally right before I asked them out
