'Suspiria' is one of my favorite horror movies ever. It's a 1977 Italian "giallo" movie (horror crossed with mystery) and directed by Dario Argento. It has one of the best, creepiest, catchiest, most intense horror soundtracks I've ever heard, an interesting plot, bloody violence and my favorite part about it, it's absolutely stunning visuals. In short, I have never seen another horror movie look like this before. The dance academy set is absolutely beautiful, the red and blue lighting is hypnotic everything about it is wonderful to look at. Even if you don't like horror or if you just downright hate horror, 'Suspiria' is just fantastic cinema and anyone who likes good cinema should watch this movie. Dario Argento is one of the greatest horror directors who ever lived. You might think this film has terrible acting if you watch it, it actually doesn't, the dubbing is awful though. Some characters are dubbed over using the same voice actors so some characters sound the same, the dubbing is expressionless and bland. This didn't bother me, and the percentage of horror films I give A+ grades, out of all of the ones I watch, is really quite low. A+The links below are not illegal, they are on YouTube and they would have been deleted by now. Parts 1-12: If you can't be bothered to watch the whole movie, here's one of the greatest scenes:
