1. Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back 2. Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope 3. Monty Python and the Holy Grail 4. Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark 5. Back to the Future

I don't think I can choose just 5 movies. It'd be way too hard!

After watching a bunch of movies since I've started summer break a month ago, mine has probably changed. Back to the Future is a great movie, but it's out. As for the other 4, I don't know. I agree with Jye.

Back To The Future is good but is let down by it's dialogue and overall 80s cheesyness. It is an enjoyable watch for sure, but I don't think it's one of the best movies ever.

I'm changing mine too... I know Pirates 3 and Pirates 1 are the top two respectively, but after that there's so many interchangeable movies I can't possibly put them in any kind of order.

Yeah, it's not even close to one of the best movies ever, but it is very enjoyable. I don't know if it's even in my top 25 anymore. As for my top 5, I still have no idea. Possible candidates: 2001: ASO Good, Bad, and the Ugly Empire Strikes Back A New Hope The Holy Grail Raiders of the Lost Ark a bunch of movies that I might put in here that I've only seen once, so that wouldn't really be fair.

Yeah I like Stanley Kubrick.

Woo Ed Wood! I must say, though. It's not a bad thing, but I can't believe that The Lion King is your favourite movie when you love so many slasher/gore flicks.

There's no way I can make a top 5 list, but I can list some of my favourites!
In no order:
Back To The Future Trilogy Aladdin Pineapple Express Superbad Knocked Up Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story The Lion King Hot Fuzz Shaun of the Dead The Big Lebowski The Simpsons Movie Tenacious D in: The Pick Of Destiny Pan's Labyrinth Clue The 'Burbs Ghostbusters Cloverfield The Truman Show It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
Hmmm, that's quite a big list. It's too hard to choose!
