Not sure whether this should go in the Films board, as it's still a poll.
I just have to give it to The Fellowship of the Ring. Just by watching it, you can see how truly brilliant it is and how it stands out above the rest. The cast just could not be better, it's visually beautiful, has one of the greatest soundtracks ever (all this so far applies to all three films), and is quite emotional and sometimes even scary. Loyal to the book, and incredibly entertaining.
The Two Towers is great, and while it's maybe not as adventurous as the other two movies, I don't think it matters since the book is the same. It's how it's meant to be (correct me if I'm wrong). My least favourite of the three, but in no way bad.
The Return of the King is extraordinary. I barely remember anything about it, since I only saw this once or twice back in 2003 when it was released, (have seen TFOTR about 9 times all up, saw The Two Towers fourteen times at the movies, and about five times on DVD). I've heard many critics think it's the greatest of all, and it might be (I need to watch it again), but to me, nothing can outdo the original.

I saw all three at the cinemas and I have to say I enjoyed The Return Of The King the most. But, where's the poll?

Haha, it wouldn't let me add one. Don't know if I should just make a new thread. Would it work if you tried adding one?

I think I'll lock this, but Jye can unlock it if he can make a poll. Is this a good move? I need some coaching on being a mod.

Jye, can you delete this? I've created another one with a poll.

Hahah, nah, I can't make it a poll. You can lock it if you want and make a new one.
