I'd say season 10. 11 and 12 both suck like hell.

I don't mind Season 12, and there are some brilliant episodes in Season 11, but I'll go with Season 10, because even if everything is immensely inconsistent, and even if it has 2 of my least favourite episodes of all time in it, it's more consistent than the other two and there are a few excellent episodes as well.

Hmm, they're all pretty bad. But I think Season 10 is the most decent.

Haven't seen all of seasons 11 and 12, so I won't vote.
