What do you get when a movie is regarded inferior to it's own GameBoy adaptation? Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever.
I wouldn't call it the worst movie of all time (I'm not even sure of which movie qualifies for that), as many believe; especially considering it gained a rare 0.0% rating from 102 negative reviews and 0 positive, it just has absolutely no plot, and the "plot" is just used as a vehicle to display the amazing explosions and violence. The actual "humour" which is one corny, unfunny joke, isn't funny, obviously, but the fact that the plot is just so amazingly stupid is what really makes me laugh.
However, the film does have it's redeeming points; the action/explosions and the fight moves (especially on Lucy Liu's behalf) are very well-done and entertaining, and the music is very good; it's catchy and it goes well with the constant action. Hell, sitting through the movie was worth it just to see these two things, but I do realise that they don't make up for much.
A truly awful film is one where not even it's awfulness is remotely humorous. Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever, while it has a stupid name, does not fall into that category.

Incoherent explosions-and-ammo flick weighed down by scattershot plot, uninspired action

For years, people have joked about an action movie that might eliminate plot altogether and simply cut to the pyrotechnics. Someone has finally done it.
