J.E.R.K.A.S.S H.O.M.E.R. If Ian Maxtone Graham doesn't admit this then he's lost his intellegence. However, some good jokes and amazing song reaches this episode up the C range grade. B-.

I love this episode. People keep going on about, "What about Jerkass Homer" when I say I like it, and I honestly can't see any jerkass-ish-y-ness about him. I guess I was just too busy enjoying this quite funny episode.
8.6/10.

Yeah, what's so jerkish about Homer in this episode?

well there's that point where he was acting like a jerk? i like the episode as much as everyone else, but to deny the obvious jerk qualities of his characterisation here seems somewhat silly, given how prevalent they are.

True, Homer was a jerk in this episode, but I don't mind it very much. One of the worst of season 9, but still good. B-
