With the exception of The Simpsons and Ren and Stimpy, I'm going to have to go with Rocko's Modern Life. It's just one of the funniest shows ever.

I loved Captain Planet! I have the theme song on my computer and I listen to it every now and then, haha. Aaaah! Real Monsters was prolly my favourite. Oh and Rugrats.
