1 - Fawlty Towers 2 - Blackadder 3 - Friends 4 - The Catherine Tate Show 5 - The Mighty Boosh
I'm choosing 'Fawlty Towers', because it really is one of the funniest, most amazing shows in the world, and one of, if not, the most influential comedy series of all time. If it weren't for Monty Python and this show, we'd have nothing.
'Blackadder' because it's easily the cleverest comedy show I've ever seen. And it's just as funny as Fawlty Towers. Hugh Laurie is excellent as the Prince in Season 3.
'Friends' is without a doubt the greatest American comedy show in history. It may not seem like it, but the show is really complex; and of course, it's mind-numbingly hilarious at times.
'The Catherine Tate Show' is possibly the funniest sketch-show I've ever seen. There are probably better ones out there, but I'll go with this one for now.
'The Mighty Boosh' is the strangest British comedy I've seen, but that's what makes it so utterly irresistible. It's so unique.
