Here's a few:
What has four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon and three legs at night? What gets wetter the more it dries?
And a few "What am I?/What are we?" riddles: We're five little items of an everyday sort; you'll find us all in a tennis court. Take one out and scratch my head; what once was red is black instead. I see without seeing. To me, darkness is as clear as daylight.
